Mediations may be scheduled through Deborah Morgan at (574) 288-3270 from 8:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. If requested, Deb will send attorneys or their staff a list of available dates for the period requested. Available dates may also be obtained from the Mediation Calendar at this website. This calendar is updated daily but a mediation date must be reserved through Deb or another member of our staff. It is requested that attorneys confirm the availability of other attorneys and clients involved in the case before reserving a mediation date. Once a date is reserved, we will send each attorney an engagement letter confirming the mediation date. Mediations are scheduled for the full day and usually begin at 10:00 a.m. unless the parties request a different starting time.
