Beth A. Schenberg centers her practice on insurance defense, including professional liability insurance, automobile, and bad faith. She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
Beth is currently admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of Indiana.
Beth graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 2003 with a B.S. in Business. In 2006, she graduated from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. While in law school, Beth clerked for the Honorable Cale Bradford. Additionally, she was a member of the Indiana Health Law Review and received the honor of having her law review comment published.
