Christopher M. Hills received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1993, winning Best Brief in the Gallagher Moot Court Competition. He received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice degree from Michigan State University . Mr. Hills also served as a federal agent for the U.S. Customs Service in the Strategic Investigations Division in Washington D.C. before attending law school.

Mr. Hills has broad litigation, trial and appellate experience in civil litigation including Michigan No Fault first and third party, premises liability, medical malpractice, and insurance coverage issues. He has also argued in front of the Supreme Court of Michigan, including Woodbury v Bruckner , the companion case to Lugo v Ameritech . He has represented several major retailers and restaurants in premises liability and employee negligence actions, including Target, Marshall Fields, Don Pablos, Mervyns, Circuit City , and Arby's.

Mr. Hills is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
