Darlene M. Germaine received her Bachelors in Business Administration from Ferris State College in Big Rapids in 1980.  Prior to receiving her juris doctorate degree from the Detroit College of Law in 1989, she was a departmental analyst for the State of Michigan.  Upon completion of law school she served an insurance defense litigator engaging primarily in No-Fault litigation and appellate practice before joining Kopka, Pinkus, Dolin & Eads. 

Ms. Germaine is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  She is a member of the Michigan State Bar Association and concentrates her practice in the areas of general liability, automobile negligence and premises liability.
