Prior to passing the Bar Exam, Mr. Eisenberg worked as a paralegal for KPDE beginning in April of 2006. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State College of Law in December of 2007. Working directly under the supervision of John Eads, Mr. Eisenberg has participated in six Trials, five of which returned Defense verdicts. Before law school, Mr. Eisenberg enjoyed a long career as a Critical Care Nurse working in the ICU, CCU, Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and as a Health Care Consultant. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Miami in 1988, and a MBA from Davenport University in 2001. He has his Series 7 and 63 Securities licenses.

Mr. Eisenberg has broad experience in many areas of civil litigation, including medical malpractice, automobile negligence (first and third-party litigation), and premises liability. Mr. Eisenberg is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and is a member of the Michigan State Bar Association.
