Jennifer M. Lute Costella received her Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University School of Law in Valparaiso, Indiana in 2001 and her Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Purdue University in 1998. During law school, Ms. Lute Costella was an intern at the LaPorte County Prosecutors Office for two years with a special concentration on domestic violence, served on the Student Bar Association as a Representative and as Vice-President, was a three-year competition member of the ATLA Mock Trial Team, President of ATLA and received an award for her pro bono legal work in her third year.

Prior to joining Kopka, Pinkus, Dolin & Eads, Ms. Lute Costella's practice focused on insurance defense including coverage disputes, fraud and automobile liability. Since joining the firm, she has concentrated on litigation in the form of insurance and self-insured corporation defense including contractual, automobile, products and premises liability. Her professional affiliations include the American Bar Association and the Indiana Bar Association.

Ms. Lute Costella has been admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana
