Kimberly A. Shriver received her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 2003 and her Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Purdue University-Lafayette in 1993. While in law school, Ms. Shriver worked as a Trust Assistant at National City Bank and an insurance defense firm as a legal assistant. After graduation, Ms. Shriver began her legal career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the Allen County Prosecutor's Office where she practiced for three and a half years. She received extensive trial experience prosecuting offenders charged with child non-support crimes, juvenile crimes, misdemeanor crimes and felony crimes. At the Prosecutor's office she specialized her practice in prosecuting offenders charged with child abuse molest crimes and was chose to be a member of an elite team which worked closely with the Child Advocacy Center and Sexual Assault Treatment Center of Allen County on cases involving acute trauma to victims of such crimes. After leaving the prosecutor's officer, Ms. Shriver moved to Indianapolis and worked for an insurance defense firm as an associate attorney where she received training involving insurance defense litigation.
Since joining Kopka Pinkus Dolin & Eads, PC, Ms. Shriver practices in civil litigation involving insurance defense litigation including automobile, bad faith and UM/UIM cases. Her practice also involves Trust administration. Ms. Shriver is admitted to practice before the Indiana State Bar, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. Her professional affiliations include the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
