Mark C. Sherer received his Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, from Hanover College in 1992. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis, in 1995. Prior to joining KOPKA, PINKUS, DOLIN & EADS, P.C. in 2003, Mr. Sherer practiced for nearly six years in Warsaw , Indiana , spending the last two of those years as a solo practitioner. Mr. Sherer previously served as a public defender in Kosciusko County for three years, he was a 2003 graduate of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy , and served as Vice President of the Kosciusko County Young Republicans.

Mr. Sherer's practice is currently concentrated on all aspects of insurance defense litigation with a focus on automobile liability claims, first party claims, bad faith claims and professional errors and omissions claims. Prior to joining the firm, he had extensive experience as criminal defense attorney. Since 1999, Mr. Sherer has tried over twenty-five cases to verdict.

Mr. Sherer is admitted to practice law in all Indiana State Courts as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association
