Michael Walschlager received his Juris Doctor degree in 1995 from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago , Illinois . He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University with a major in Management. After attending law school, Mr. Walschlager owned and operated a small business for six years. Beginning in January 2001, Mr. Walschlager served as a deputy prosecutor for the Marion County Prosecutor's Office for over three years. He tried numerous bench and jury trials while working as a deputy prosecutor. Since joining Kopka, Pinkus, Dolin & Eads, he has been handling cases involving automobile negligence, construction negligence, wrongful death, and products liability. Mr. Walschlager is licensed to practice in the State of Indiana , including the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
