Matthew J. Jankowski earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 1998, after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University-Bloomington in 1993. While in law school, Mr. Jankowski received extensive insurance defense experience while clerking at the Indianapolis firm of Smith, Maley & Douglas, where he would later become an associate, and added to this experience as an associate at the Indianapolis firm of Threlkeld Reynolds, LLP. At Kopka, Pinkus, Dolin & Eads, PC, Mr. Jankowski has continued his civil litigation and jury trial practice in the field of Insurance Defense, including Automobile, Bad Faith, Condominium Board Errors & Omissions, Insurance Agent Errors & Omissions, Premises Liability, and UM/UIM cases, and had expanded his practice to include the defense of Employment Discrimination and Mortgage and Foreclosure cases. Mr. Jankowski is admitted to practice before the Indiana State Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit, and his professional affiliations include the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
