Nancy Milstone received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in psychology from Valparaiso University in 1983 and her law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1986. She became a member of the Law Review, and published a Note on Common Law.

In 1986 she and her husband moved to the Michiana area, and have lived in Elkhart for 13 years. After law school she clerked for The Honorable George N. Beamer in St. Joseph Superior Court and The Honorable Robert K. Rodibaugh in Federal Bankruptcy Court. She briefly practiced insurance defense before taking off time to raise five children with her husband, Jim Milstone. During her hiatus, Ms. Milstone clerked for The Honorable Harry C. Dees, Jr., acted as a Legal Aid Attorney, and was Pro Tem Judge in Elkhart City Court on numerous occasions.

Ms. Milstone has been with Kopka, Pinkus, Dolin, and Eads since October, 2006. The focus of her practice is insurance defense litigation, with the primary portion on automobile personal injury claims.
