Randall W. Graff is a partner in the Indianapolis office where he focuses on insurance coverage, construction defect litigation, premises liability and product liability. 

Randy graduated with honors from the DePaul University College of Law after receiving a journalism degree from Southern Illinois University.  He has tried more than 20 jury cases to verdict and has argued before the Illinois Supreme Court and the U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  He is a member of the Federal Trial Bar for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. 

Randy has also been a real estate broker and has taught real estate pre-licensing classes.  This background has enabled him to better represent clients in real estate errors and omissions claims, licensing matters and mortgage fraud litigation.

Randy is admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois.
